When you first login, you will see the option to select the case load you wish to view. There are four other main areas to this screen: Send notification, Add Patient, Switch, My Account. If you are the clinical manager, please ensure that your clinical team’s details are filled in, by going to ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘Covid-19 Contact Details’ tile. This ensures that if a patient is starting to deteriorate, the correct details are presented to them, so they know who to contact to discuss further.
