If you manage patients with other conditions (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Disease), you can easily switch from one patient list to another.
You can also easily switch account, if you are part of multiple teams, or are overseeing multiple COVID-19 virtual wards, for example, if you are managing several nursing homes. You can simply select ‘Switch account’ and go to the relevant team and patient caseload.
