You can send all patients a notification, by clicking the ‘Send Notification’ tab, and selecting which patient group you wish to send a notification to. This could be done to prompt all patients to book a flu vaccine, or to send them a link to a website, advising patients of local services available to them.
All changes made from the clinician interface also update the patient’s app, instantly. For example, changing a patient’s inhaler/device will instantly change the patient’s medication diary, self-management plan and inhaler videos. The patient will receive a notification in their app of any changes made, through the red ‘Notification’ tile.
