The home screen is arranged into a list of the sections available with the highest priority sections at the top of the page.  The best way to navigate the app day to day is through the checklist.

When the user selects the checklist, the key sections of the app will be shown:

  • Body
  • Mind
  • Nutrition
  • Personal Goals

When any of these are selected, they will be presented with a list of all the things that they can do within that domain.  This will be prioritised as follows:

  • Outstanding or to do actions at the top
  • Actions in progress next on the list
  • Completed actions at the bottom

Completed actions that are to be repeated will be moved back to the top of the list when it is next time to complete these.
